(More customer reviews)These are absolutely wonderful.I have an old one that I've been using for years, and I just bought the newest model as a Christmas gift for a close friend.She loves it, it has all the best features, including safety with a lock for the hot water, and choice of either button dispensing or pump-pot action; easy to use, convenient as you always have hot water for tea, etc., and I'm waiting for my old one to finally die so I can justify having a new one for myself.As far as I'm concerned, this is the best little appliance in the kitchen.
